南康市城市建设管理信息系统的分析.pdf

摘要 随着城市功能的调整和城市建设的迅速发展，城市地形地貌、用地、规划布局不断发 生变化，新建、改建、扩建项目不断增加，“三证一书”的办理及相关业务的工作量逐渐加 大。传统的城市建设管理的手段与方法已越来越跟不上信息时代的城市建设管理要求，建 立城市建设管理信息系统已成为建设管理领域信息化建设的趋势。 本文结合南康市城市建设的实际，首先阐述了城市建设管理信息系统的特点与发展现 状；其次在分析了系统建设的目标与原则的基础上，进行了系统需求和主要业务流程分析； 然后进行了系统总体设计，包括系统软硬件配置、数据库设计等，并对系统各组成模块的 功能要求进行了分析；最后采用 Microsoft Visual C# .NET 2005 语言、Oracle 9i 和 ArcGIS Engine 开发了基于 C/S 结构的南康市城市建设管理信息系统，包括系统管理与维护、业务 办公、内务管理、图形管理等子系统。 系统通过在南康市规划建设局的运行，实现了规划建设局内部管理和业务管理的办公 自动化、信息共享与协同工作，形成了一个以业务办公信息化为核心的实用、先进、可靠、 高效的城市建设管理信息系统，从而促进了城市建设管理与决策水平的进一步提高。 关键词：城市建设; 管理信息系统；GIS; 信息 II Abstract With the adjustment of the functions of cities and the rapid development of urban construction, urban topography, land use, planning the layout is changing, new, alteration, ever-increasing expansion of the project, the three-card for the business and gradually increase the workload Great.
