The transfer of rural surplus labor force is not only the end of social economic development but also an important issue that Chinese economy facing in the course of transition .At present, the surplus of rural labor of our country is still very outstanding. This large population locked in the rural areas results in the slow rural economy advancement and greater difference between rural and urban income, threatening social stability and the forward movement of our social economy as a whole. The transfer of rural surplus labor is a key issue ,which will make much difference whether full construction of a well-off society and modernization can be realized. It is also an issue of strategic and overall importance to the social stability and society progress in our country. What is more, it is an important task demanding prompt solution. The paper aims at exploring a feasible way to realize the transfer of the surplus rural labor forces ,to increase farmers’ income and build an overall well-off society.
