The Research of Zhengzhou Water Supply Network Management A Dissertation Submitted for the Degree of Master Candidate：Miao Dayong Supervisor：Prof.Wang Tong Chang’an University, Xi’an, China 摘要 水是整个人类社会赖以生存和发展的无可替代的物质基础。节约用水，减少乃至杜 绝浪费水资源，有效控制供水企业产销差率，进而充分发挥每一吨水的效率，不仅是时 代发展的要求，更是提高供水企业经济效益的重要途径。按照国家住建部行业标准的要 求，城市供水企业管网基本漏损率不应大于12％。据不完全统计，我国多数城市供水均 超过这一标准。 针对我国城市给水管网基本情况，本文主要进行了如下几方面的研究： 1、对分区供水系统进行了分析总结，并针对其具体实施细则、管网区块化的规模 确定与边界划分进行了各方面的探讨； 2 、介绍了郑州市给水管网最近一年的供水产销差情况，分析总结了产销差的影响 因素，并提出了改善供水产销差的方法。 3、对郑州市给水管网分区计量进行了研究，并给出了适合郑州市给水管网的分区 计量方案； 4 、对给水管网的运营管理进行了系统的总结，总结了管网检漏、管网水压和流量 测定、管道防腐、管道清垢与涂料的方法。并对实际管网中的阀门、消火栓的维护提出 了具体的方法，并对郑州市给水管网的抢修进行了实用的经验方法总结。 关键字：给水管网，分区计量，供水产销差，管网运营管理 I Abstract Water is the ire place able material basis for survival and development of the whole human society .Saving water, reducing was of water resources, controlling the water supply corporate sales slip effectively, and thus give full play to the efficiency of each ton of water, it is not only the development of the times, but also an important way to improve the water supply of the economic efficiency of enter rise .in accordance with the requirements of the State Department of housing construction industry standards, urban water supply enter prises pipeline leakage rate should not be greater than12%.According to incomplete statistics, the majority of our urban water supply exceeded this standard.
