发挥译语优势论 　　摘 要：翻译是运用一种语言把另一种语言所表达的思维内容准确而完整地表达出来的语言活动。其实，无论是英译汉还是汉译英，尤其是文学翻译，都不容易，甚至不可能做到“准确而完整”。翻译只能在“异中求同”，不可能不“同中存异”。因此，文学翻译不能算是一门准确的科学，只能算是有一定模糊度的艺术。译者应最大限度地发挥“美化之势”来使读者乐之，这就达到翻译的目的了。 　　关键词：翻译；文学翻译；“美化之势” 　　Abstract： Translation is linguistic activity which uses one language to depict the contents and minds showed by another language accurately and thoroughly. In fact， no matter which is to translate from English to Chinese or from Chinese to English， especially for literature translation， it is hard even impossible to translate accurately or thoroughly. Therefore，translation tries to ac
