摘 要 本文在对内蒙古自治区通辽市科尔沁左翼中旗的自然社会经济条件进行深入了 解和土地利用现状进行调查分析的基础上，选取科尔沁左翼中旗下辖架玛吐镇小努日 木嘎查、北新艾勒嘎查、中新艾勒嘎查和前新艾勒嘎查等4 个行政村为研究区，结合 研究区实际条件，选取合理的农地整理措施，并对研究区做系统的土地整理规划设计， 因地制宜，对研究区耕地进行适当平整，实施田、水、路、林、管综合治理，采用低 压管道灌溉的节水灌溉措施，配套、完善研究区农业生产所需要的基础设施，配套灌 溉管道，完善道路体系，将研究区内旱地变为水浇地，使耕地利用等别由整理前的3 2 等提升为5 等，新增耕地0.20hm ，从而提高了耕地质量，使土地产出率提高。对研 究区的农地整理不仅为改善研究区内农业生产条件和土地生态环境做出了贡献，也进 一步确保了研究区内土地的可持续利用和农业的可持续发展。 为提高研究区农用地利用效率，合理配置土地资源，促进农业结构调整，通过对 农用地因地制宜的农地整理的实施，可将中低产田区变为高产、高效的粮、油作物种 植区，增加新增耕地面积，增加农民收入，对科尔沁左翼中旗耕地质量的提高和保持 全旗耕地总量动态平衡有着重大意义和深远的影响。 关键词：科尔沁左翼中旗；农用地整理；土地利用效率 Study on the Agricultural Land Consolidation Technology Objective to Improve The Efficiency of Land Use Abstract This paper based on an in-depth look at both natural conditions and social economic conditions of Horqin left-wing middle banner Tongliao city Inner Mongolia and Investigated and analyzed the land use status of this area .
