万方数据 中文摘要 所谓“考试焦虑”指的是中学生学习中常见的一种心理问题。它是由诸多原因造成 的情绪紧张,不仅影响学生的考试成绩,还会给学生带来严重的心理负担和精神压力。 该现象在中学生的学习生活中十分普遍,如得不到有效缓解,这一问题会直接影响到学 生的身体健康和身心发展。 本文采用考试焦虑 TAI 量表和音乐治疗活动反馈评价问卷作为筛选和测量工具, 选取40 名中学生作为研究被试,并将其分为对照组和实验组,两组成员各20 名。对实 验组成员进行音乐治疗干预后,分别进行两组被试的前测和后测,检验两组的前、后测 的差异情况,用SPSS 软件进行统计学处理,获得科学有效的数据。再结合反馈问卷, 对前后测的结果进行横向与纵向比较,对干预效果进行评估。 实验研究结果表明:音乐治疗活动的开展,在很大程度上缓解了中学生的考试焦虑 情绪,考试焦虑测试和总分及各因子得分均有所降低。从整体上提高了学生的心理健康 水平,对于增强自信心和耐挫力,改善自我价值评价等方面都起到了积极的促进作用。 关键词:音乐 音乐治疗 考试焦虑 万方数据 Abstract Test Anxiety is a common psychological problem of secondary school students’study. It is caused by emotional stress, not only affects students test scores, but also bring serious psychological burden and stress to them. The students ’study phenomenon is widespread in life, if this problem couldn’t be relief, it will directly affect the physical and mental development of students physical health . In this paper, the Test Anxiety Scale and the TAI measurement feedback evaluation questionnaire of music therapy activities as a screening tool to test 40 high school students as research target, and divide them in two groups, the control group and the experimental group, each group contains 20 members. After the members of the experimental group takes the , music therapy interventions then takes pre-test and post-test to them and compare the results of the first two groups and the difference in the case of the post-test by using SPSS statistical software to collect scientifically valid data.
