高层工业厂房箱型柱制作工艺 　　摘要：由于箱型柱截面小， 强度高， 刚性大的特点被广泛用于高层建筑钢结构。同时框架形式的工业厂房钢结构主体结构，为节省空间，合理安排设备布局，也越来越多采用箱型柱。合理的工艺可以确保工程的有序进行。本文结合云南沾化50万吨合成氨气化框架技改工程，介绍箱型柱的整体制作流程以及各工序注意事项，可供相关工程参考。 　　关键词：箱型柱;电渣焊;变形控制 　　Abstract: Reasonable process to ensure the orderly conduct of the project.
