经济 ·管理 重庆理工大学学报(社会科学) 2015年第29卷第3期 JournalofChongqingUniversityofTechnology(SocialScience)Vo1．29No．32015 doi：10．3969／j．issn．1674-8425(S)．2015．03．008 生态汽车产业集群形成机理分析与结构设计 黄 芳，祝 静 (重庆理工大学 管理学院，重庆 400054) 摘要 ：当前汽车行业的高速发展 ，给生态环境造成 了极 大的威胁 ，有必要建立生态汽车产业集群 以推进汽车产业 的可持续发展 。结合产业生态学有 关理论 ，及我 国汽 车产业集群 的特 点 ，提 出 了生态化汽车产业集群 的形成机理 ，包括 ：建立生产者 责4-~Jl~．伸制度 下 的汽车产 品回收利 用体 系，形成集群 内的汽车 回收利用技 术支撑平 台，借助汽车制造企业 的渠道优 势为报废汽车提供 回收渠道 ，建立集群 内的副产 品交 易平 台等 。在此基础上 ，分析 了建立本集群所 需解 决 的关键 问题 ，并应用生命周期评价理论 ，进行 了生态化汽车产业集群 的基本结构设计 。 关键词 ：汽车产业集群 ；生态经济 ；生命周期评价 ；回收利用 中图分类 号 ：F205 文献标识码 ：A 文章编号 ：1674—8425(2015)03—0047—05 StudyonFormationM echanism andStructureDesignof EcologicalAutoIndustryCluster HUANGFang，ZHU Jing (CollegeofManagement，ChongqingUniversityofTechnology，Chongqing400054，China) Abstract：Thehigh—speeddevelopmentofautoindustrythreatenstheecotopetremendously，SOitis necessarytoestablishecologicalautoindustryclusterforthesustainabledevelopmentofautoindustry． Accordingtoindust~ ecologytheory andthestatusofChineseautoindust~ cluster，wepresentedthe formingmechanism ofecologicalautoindustry cluster，whichincludedfoundingautorecyclingsystem onthebasisofextendedproducerresponsibility，formingtechnicalsuppo~platfomr onauto—recycling， providingrecyclingchannelsofrend--of-lifeautosbyvirtueoftheexpansivechannelsofautomanufac-· tureenterprises，andformingby·producttradingplatfomr incluster．Andonthisbasis，weanalyzed thekeyproblemsawaitingresolution intheprocessofclusterbuilding，subsequently，utilizingLCA theory ，anddesignedthefundamentalstructureofthecluster． Keywords：automobileindustry cluster；ecologicaleconomy；LCA；recycling 业 资源最密集 、最有影 响力 的产业之一 ，
