关于举办首届健康传播国际学术年会的实施方案 Proposed Agenda One-Day Symposium Patterns of Social Communications, Health Education and Communicable Disease Renmin University of China (Beijing) June 27, 2010 健康传播是工业革命以来人类社会最重要的公共事务之一，它同 时作为科技进步的直接产物和矫正机制而得到发展。没有医学和传播 科技的进步，健康传播无从发展；而健康传播又反作用于有关“进步” 的观念和模式——健康是任何进步的代价皆不能伤害的社会底限。因 此，健康传播是知识普及、信息分享、社会协商，而归根到底是指涉 人类价值观和命运感的文化运动。 Health communication has been essential to public affairs since the Industrial Revolution. It continues to improve as a direct result of scientific and technological progress , as well as adjustment mechanism. Without medical and technological improvement, health communication would not continue to develop. 在经历二战浩劫和战后经济的迅猛发展后，西方发达国家于 20 世纪中后期开创了健康传播学科；我国的健康传播研究于近年来亦有 长足进步，但“学科化”及其面向实践的成果转化尚有较大提升空间。 我们相信好的理论能够改良实践，相信不同国家的成果和经验能够因 分享而创造更多价值，也相信中国文化语境下的健康传播学科于成熟 1 进路中可以做出世界性贡献。 In the late 20th century, after World War II and the rapid development of post -war economics, Western developed countries established the discipline of health communication. In recent years, health communication in China has also made remarkable achievements. Good theories are needed to improve practice.
