毕 业 设 计（论 文） 题 目：基于物流一体化模式的晋煤集团供应链管理研究 副标题： 专 业：物流管理 指导教师： 学生姓名： 班级-学号： 2012年 5 月 大连工业大学本科毕业设计（论文） 题 目：基于物流一体化模式的晋煤集团供应链运作研究 副标题： 学生姓名： 专 业：物流管理 班级学号： 指导教师： 评 阅 人：  摘 要 煤炭是我国的重要能源，是制化肥、炼钢、供热等方面的主要能源。. 煤炭物流活动根据不同的生产特点也不一样，煤炭生产的过程实际上就是物资的流动。煤炭企业不仅有一般企业的特点，还具备自己独有的特点。但是，近年来煤炭企业的物流管理问题越来越突出，煤炭物流及供应链全过程进行物流一体化整合，走真正现代化物流之路无论对我国满足能源供应及煤炭产业发展的大局，以及对于各煤炭企业自身生存与发展需求，都已成当务之急。 本文针对我国煤炭龙头企业——晋煤集团的实际情况，运用供应链管理理论，从整个煤炭供应链的角度出发对晋煤集团供应链组织结构进行研究。文章首先介绍了物流及物流一体化的相关理论，然后提出晋煤集团，对其公司进行简要的介绍，再详细介绍晋煤集团的供应链结构并发现其存在问题，最后提出解决对策。 关键词：晋煤集团；煤炭物流；物流一体化；供应链 Abstracts Coal is our countrys important the sources of energy, chemical fertilizer, steel, heating are the main aspects of energy. Coal logistics activities according to different production characteristics are not the same, the coal production process is in fact the flow of material. The coal enterprise is not only the general characteristics of enterprises, but also have their own unique characteristics. However, in recent years coal enterprise logistics management problems are more and more obvious. The article aims the main coal enterprises in our country-- Jin coal groups actual conditions, using the theory of supply chain management, from the coal supply chain perspective of Jincheng Coal Group organizational structure of supply chain research.
