Clinical Effect Observation Of Chinese Herbal Medicine Retention Enema Therapy To Treat Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease Of Hot And Samp Stasis Specialty：Gynecology of TCM Tutor：Lv Mei Author ：Zhang Hui Abstract Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Chinese Herbal Medicine retention enema to treat chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of humid heat stagnation ,hence be a scientific and credible evaluation, aimed at finding a safe 、convenient and efficient with topical treatments. Methods: 60 case of CPID patients were randomly divided into two group :treatment group(30 cases,treated with PenQiangYanGuanChang Fang for Chinese Herbal Medicine retention enema ) and control group (30 cases ,treated with KangFuXiaoYan suppository by rectal administration).The improvement of traditional chinese medicine syndrome ,local physical sign and the changes in the hemorheology ,the level of IL-2、TNF-,the change of the uterine blood circulation 、the pelvic B ultrasound were observed and compared. Results:The total effective rate was 93.3% in the treated group,while it was 66.7% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P 0.01).In the aspect of improving symptoms and signs, the curative rate was 93.3% in the treatment group and 70.0% in the control group.Analyzed with statistic method, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.01).The two groups before and after treatment of TCM symptom scores,local signs integral were significantly reduced .The treatment group was superior than the control group .The differents were significant(p0.01).The treatment group excelled the control group in improving the uterine blood、the indexes of hemorheology 、 the level of IL-2 、TNF-,minishing the size
