Methods: This study from Shandong university of Chinese medicine cases affiliated hospitals orthopedic ward from August 2009 to June 2011, 34 patients of the tibia fracture of below the middle. Among them male 20, female 14, average age 46 (18 to 73 year).The traffic accident injury 20 cases, clog 9 cases, fall 5 cases. Ao classification: A type in 6 cases, B type in 22 cases, C type in 6 cases. Open fractures Gustilo points classification: type I in 2 cases. Preoperative combined with clinical and imaging material to assess symptoms in patients, especially the soft tissue, determine the right operation time. The short term unable to surgery patients, all to drive up limb, parallel traction with bone. Intraoperative pay attention to the choice of the blade and the protection of the soft tissue. Postoperative guide patients to do rehabilitation training, as well as take the necessary measures to prevent complications. After nine months using Johner-Wruhs tibial stem standards of grading, observe the clinical effect. Results: 34 patients, excellent in 28, good in 3, fair in 3 , and poor in 0. The excellent and good rate was 91.2%. Conclusion: MIPPO technology with the LCP steel treatment the tibia fracture of below the middle have wide adaptability, minimally invasive surgery
