Methods: Thisstudywassubordinatetothe“Eleventh Five-Year”National Seienee and Technology support project on“Chinese quadruple therapy of ehlonic pelvic inflammatory disease optimization and diagnostic and treatment praetiees study. The subject used randomized ，multi-center and blinded evaluation of test method,to collect cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of blood stagnate and deficiency of the kidney,and has been finished. From the completed cases, 30 cases randomly selected treatment group and eontrol group 30 cases were compared. Treatment group was treated with PEN QIANG YAN Recipe+PEN YAN XIAO enema+dreg sextem alapplication therapy; and control group with PEN QIANG YAN Recipe, to observe clinical efficiency and traditional Chinese medicine symptoms after treatment. Female Wistar rats were used and the CPID model was established with sleeping deprived+ring terrified+mixed bacteria toinjection+mechanic injury.
