Therapeutic Effect Observation of Method of Clearing Heat and Removing Dampness and Resolving Phlegm on Mycoplasma Pneumonia with Syndrome of Obstruction of Lung by Damp-heat Specialty: Respiratory Disease Pediatrics of TCM Author: Zhou Xiujie Tutor: Associate Professor Zhang Guiju Abstract Objective ： This research took the children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MpP) with syndrome of Obstruction of Lung by Damp-heat as the research objects，to evaluate the method of clearing heat and removing dampness and resolving phlegm in treating pediatric pneumonia mycoplasma pneumonia clinical curative effect. Methods: 70 cases of pneumonia mycoplasma pneumonia children were divided into two groups according to entering the first or the second hospital, 40 cases in trail group and 30 cases in control group. The trail group were treated both the method of clearing heat and removing dampness and resolving phlegm and the western medicine method of large ring lactone class antibiotic treatment, the control group was only by a large ring lactone class antibiotic treatment, and to observe these two groups of symptoms and signs of improvement.Results: The total effective rate of trail group and the control group is 100% and 96.7% ，and the results of the two groups have differences; The total score of the trail group is better than the control group after treatment,and the difference is statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05);The TCM syndromes curative effects are different, the total effective rate of trail group is 100%,and the control groupone is 90.0%;The symptom of abdominal distension as well as lazy move and poor appetite in the trail group are improved compared with control group.a
