Peony Astragalus Chunpi Decoction in the treatment of large intestine damp-heat ulcerative colitis clinical curative effect observation Speciality: External Medicine of TCM Author: Li Jing Tutor: Prof.Mei Xiaoling Abstract Objective: to investigate the Peony Astragalus Chunpi Decoction in the treatment of large intestine damp-heat ulcerative colitis clinical effect ,and to explore its mechanism. Method:60 cases of patients were randomly divided into treatment group ( 30 cases) and control group ( 30 cases). The treatment group was given Peony Astragalus Chunpi Decoction and Etiasa; the control group was given Etiasa. Through main symptoms, symptom integral and colonic mucous membranes such as contrast, observe 2 groups.Results:clinical studies have shown, the treatment group clinical efficacy, therapeutic efficacy of TCM syndromes, colonoscopy efficacy(P0.05 or P0.01) was significantly better than the control group. The treatment group can significantly improve patient with diarrhea, abdominal pain and tenesmus and other symptoms. The 2 groups did not have adverse reactions.Conclusion:Peony Astragalus Chunpi soup treatment of large intestine damp-heat ulcerative colitis effective prescription, because it can eliminate or improvement in ulcerative colitis clinnical symptoms, promote intestinal mucosal lesions of recovery, definite curative effect ,no side effect.
