Clinical Research of YupingFeng San in treating early diabetic nephropathy Speciality: Internal medicine of traditional Chinese Medicine Author: Ren Lei Tutor: Prof.Yang Wenjun Abstract Objective: To observe the Yupingfeng San on the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy. Methods: This topic in the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Department of Endocrinology inpatient and outpatient were randomly selected with type 2 diabetic nephropathy patients in phase Ⅲ.All patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Two groups of patients were given in type 2 diabetic basic therapy, control glycaemic, blood pressure, and blood lipid. The treatment group were given in Yupingfeng San as basic method of treatment based on syndrome differentiation, treat two groups for 1 months. To observe two groups of patients before and after treatment of Chinese medicine syndromes and changes of blood glucose, HbA1c, lipids, blood pressure and urinary albumin excretion rate and other indicators of changes in the level. Results: Through clinical observation, the treatment group in improving symptoms and related indexes were significantly advantage, in the improvement of patients with urinary albumin excretion rate to be significantly better than the control group ( P 0.05 ). In the routine analysis of blood, urine, and stool routine, liver and kidney function and electrocardiogram before and after treatment with no abnormal change, at the same time without adverse reaction, with good security.
