The Influence of Dan Ning Tang to the Level of Gastrointestinal Hormones in Postcholecystectomy Syndrome and the Clinical Effect Observation Speciality: Traditional Chinese Medicine Author: Liu Xiumei Tutor: professor Chi Lili Abstract Objective: Discuss the level of blood gastrointestinal hormones in PCS (postchole- cystectomy syndrome) and their clinical significance, observe the clinical curative effect of Dan Ning Tang, and assess the active mechanism. Methods: 1. Detected the level of GAS and CCK in the blood of 60 patients (PCS group) who met the inclusion criterion,and compared them with 30 normal human’s (normal group),to observe the serum level of GAS and CCK changes of the PCS group. 2. Divided the 60 PCS patients into trial group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases). The trial group were treated with Dan Ning Tang, and the control group were treated with Anethol trithione, the course of treatment was four weeks. 3. Observe the level of GAS and CCK changes in the two groups befor and after the treatment. 4. Observe the total effective rate 、the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine symptom 、the adverse reaction and the relapse rate after six months of the trial group and the control group. Results: 1. Compared to the normal group, the level of GAS in PCS group improved significantly (P0.05), and the level of CCK in PCS group reduced significantly (P0.01). 2. After the treatment, the trial group level of GAS is significantly lower than that before treatment (P0.01), but for the control group, the level of GAS has no significant difference through the treatment (P0.05).The effect of the trial group is better than that in the control group,and there is a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). 3.
