我国家族企业发展障碍和发展趋势分析 摘 要 中国的家族企业是中国经济发展的一支新军，同时，他也在逐渐发展成为一支主流的经济力量，家族企业在中国这样一个有着特殊环境的社会中，他的发展主要面临着内外两方面的障碍，研究这些障碍，探询家族企业发展的新思路，为我国家族企业未来发展提供一个理论上的支持是很必要的。本文认为，对于政府部门，必须引导家族企业从自发盲目发展转到统一管理基础上的有序健康发展，从贷款、人才等方面给予民营中小企业帮助，同时制订一系列法律、法规，让民营中小企业在一个公平、合理的环境中竞争。对于民营中小企业自身来说，强调经营模式的创新、人才的引进、自身竞争力的加强和先进技术的引进等急切需要解决的问题。今后，家族企业的发展趋势将呈多元化的态势，有的将更大规模地引进职业经理人，并逐步向非家族企业发展；有的将与非家族企业长期共存，但也会借助现代企业的管理，形成家族企业外壳、现代公司内核的经济组织。 关键词：家族企业，发展障碍，发展趋势 Enterprises develop the obstacle and develop trend analysis in our country clan Abstract The family firm of China is a new army of Chinas economic development, meanwhile, it is developing into a mainstream economic force gradually too, the family firm in a society with special environment like China, it’s development mainly faces two obstacles, including inside and outside .it is very essential to study these obstacles and to inquire the new thoughts of the family firm development, and to offer a support in theory for development in the future of enterprises of our country. In this essay, it tells us that the government department must lead the family firm to turn the spontaneous blind development into a health development, and offer the private help to the small and medium-sized enterprises from several aspects, such as loan, talented and so on. At the same time, the government should make a series of laws and regulations, letting private small and medium-sized enterprises compete in a fair and a rational environment. To private small and medium-sized enterprises, many problems need to solve badly. For example, rephrasing on innovation, talents introduction, enhancement of ones own competitiveness and introduction of advanced technology of the management modeled. In the future, the development trend of the family firm will take on a pluralistic situation, some will introduce a professional manager on a large scale and will develop into non-family firm gradually; Some will coexist with non-family firm for a long time, but it also need to draw support
