生物技术通报 ·研究报告· BIOTECHNOLOGY BULLETIN 年第 期 2014 12 三种植物乙醇粗提物对松梢螟幼虫的生物活性研究 皞 周洁尘  闫瑞坤  王圣洁  何苑   谭益明  周国英 （中南林业科技大学 经济林培育与保护省部共建教育部重点实验室，长沙 410004） 摘 要 ： 在室内测定了垂序商陆全草、柚果皮、博落回全草乙醇粗提物对松梢螟幼虫的生物活性，并测定了其林间防效。 结果显示，不同浓度3 种植物乙醇粗提物对松梢螟幼虫都有一定的生物活性，且浓度越高作用效果越强。柚皮粗提物对松梢螟幼 虫的生物活性最强，100 mg/mL 的柚皮粗提物对松梢螟幼虫的最高毒杀校正死亡率、拒食率、生长抑制率分别为80.00%、99.28% 和96.32%， 同时其林间防治效果为55.70%，与对照药剂噻虫啉的防治效果在同一显著水平。垂序商陆粗提物对松梢螟幼虫的生物 活性最弱，但其高浓度粗提物校正死亡率仍在70% 以上，拒食率以及生长抑制率也在90% 以上。 关键词 ： 乙醇粗提物 松梢螟 毒杀作用 拒食作用 生长抑制作用 DOI ：10.13560/ki.biotech.bull.1985.2014.12.020 Bioactivities of the Alcohol Extracts from Three Plants Against Dioryctria splendidella Larvaes Zhou Jiechen Yan Ruikun Wang Shengjie He Yuanhao Tan Yiming Zhou Guoying - （Key Laboratory of Cultivation and Protection for Non Wood Forest Trees （Central South University of Forestry and Technology ）， Ministry of Education ，Changsha 410004 ） Abstract: In order to study the bioactivities of ethanol extracts from Phytolacca americana, Citrus maxima peels and Macleaya cordata against the larvaes of Dioryctria splendidella preliminarily in laboratory, contact toxicity, antifeedant activities and body weight gains of D. splendidella larvaes were determined after treated with 3 ethanol extracts.
