摘  要  纵观世界各国的经济发展历史，不难发现在经济繁荣的背后，主导产业的发展 起到了决定性的作用。主导产业的发展历经萌芽，成熟以及衰退三个阶段。在主导 产业成熟化之后，对区域经济的发展做出难以估计的贡献。因此，科学合理地选择 主导产业对某一区域战略性发展的实现具有重要意义。湖北省作为中部崛起的核心 力量，其主导产业的选择和培育在整个经济中将起关键作用和产生重大的连锁效应。　 本文第一部分从主导产业和主导产业选择基准的基本概念入手，阐述了主导产 业的特点和重要性。在第二部分，对湖北省经济现状和集群进行分析。第三部分， 通过建立综合指标评价体系，对湖北省现有产业进行综合评价。在指标的选取过程 中，遵循了主导产业的阶段性特点。通过主成分分析法，对各指标进行综合评价， 统一评级。在符合湖北省省情的前提下，湖北省现阶段应重点发展的产业为：交通 运输设备制造业，通信设备、计算机及其他电子设备制造业，黑色金属冶炼及压延 加工业，石油加工、炼焦及核燃料加工业，医药制造业，有色金属矿采选业，仪器 仪表及文化、办公用机械制造业，工艺品及其他制造业，非金属矿采选业，印刷业 和记录媒介的复制。结尾部分在借鉴发达国家主导产业选择经验的前提下，提出有 利于我省主导产业发展战略的几项建议。　 　 关键词：主导产业　　　主导产业选择　　　主成分分析法　 I Abstract Looking back at the economic development of countries in the world, it is not difficult to find out that the development of leading industries played a decisive role in the back of economic prosperity. During the development of leading industries, the leading industries in maturity greatly help the economic to grow. Therefore, the scientific and rational choosing of leading industries is of great significance to achieve the strategic development. As the main strength of Rise of Central China, Hubei Province’s choice of leading industries will play a key role and have a significant knock-on effect. This paper starts with the basic concepts of leading industries and leading industry characteristics. In the second part, the current economic situation of Hubei Province will be analyzed. Via the establishment of a comprehensive evaluation system of indicators of Hubei Province, the paper tries to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the existing industries. In the selection process of indicators, it follows the characteristics of leading industries. Through principal component analysis, and comprehensive evaluation of the indicators, we choose several industries of Hubei Province.
