Clinical research on preventing and Treating  post-operational  complications of mixed Hemorrhoids with damp and heat poured with Qing Hua decoction Speciality：Surgery of TCM Tutor: Professor Jiang Chunying Author: Zhang Kun Abstract  Objective: to observe the therapeutic effect of Qing Hua decoction  on  preventing and Treating postoperational complications of mixed Hemorrhoids.Methods: We choose 85 patients who are accord with the diagnosis standard and assigned them into three groups at random. 30 patients who are the treatment groups are treated by taking Qing Hua decoction from the first day after operation,30 patients who are the first control groups are treated by taking zhi su ning piles from the first day after operation too,25 patients who are the second control groups are treated only by sitz bath with Chinese native medicine. All the 85 patients are treated by sitz bath with Chinese native medicine after row of bowel movement. To compare the treatment between the three groups after the 2nd,4nd,7nd by computation the data of postoperative.Results: The result is different between the treatment groups and the next two groups at anus dropsy and straining of anorectum at the 2nd,4nd,7nd. The result is different between the treatment groups and the next two groups at urinary disturbance at the 2nd,4nd,7nd. The result is different between the treatment groups and the next two groups at anus pain at the 4nd,7nd.There is no obvious difference between the treatment groups and the first control groups at promote faecal function and bleeding with faecal at the 2nd,4nd,7nd.Conclusion: Qing Hua decoction can effectively improve and prevent the anus dropsy and straining of anorectum , urinary disturbance, anus pain, faecal function and bleeding with faecal by improving blood capillary, alleviating the convolution of sphincter ,pain-relieving ,reducing inflammation etc. So it is said that we are correct at the pathogenesis of post-operational complicati
