手术斗篷式保暖衣的临床应用 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨手术斗篷式保暖衣的临床应用效果，为临床上推广应用提供经验。方法：选取本院2013年4月-2014年4月收治的156例外科手术治疗患者，随机将其分为试验组和对照组，每组各78例，各组再随机平均分配，分别置于室温设定为22、23、24 ℃的手术间进行手术，每组26例。对照组采用传统加盖被单方式给患者保暖，试验组采用手术斗篷式保暖衣给患者保暖，对手术患者和同台主刀医生分别在入室时和手术30 min后进行问卷调查。比较两组患者寒冷部位及在各手术间的寒冷感觉度，以及两组同台主刀医生在各手术间舒适度。结果：两组患者在入室时的寒冷感觉度比较差异均无统计学意义（P0.05），手术30 min后在温度相同手术间试验组的寒冷感觉度均明显低于对照组，且试验组在肩部、胸部或背部的寒冷感觉度均明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：手术斗篷式保暖衣既能给患者保暖，又是解决在手术患者和手术医生对手术间温度有不同需求情况下的有效方式，值得在临床中进一步推广应用。 中国论文网 /6/view-7248904.htm 　　【关键词】 保暖衣； 斗篷式； 临床应用 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the clinical application effect of surgery cloak type of thermal clothes，and to provide experience for clinical application.Method：156 patients who underwent surgery admitted to our hospital from April 2013 to April 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group，78 cases in each group.Then randomly assigned to each group，set the operation room temperature at 22，23℃ and 24℃，26 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional stamp sheet to keep warm，the experimental group adopted surgery cloak type of thermal clothing for patients to keep warm.A questionnaire survey was conducted between patients and surgeon at arriving operation room and 30 min after surgery.The cold feeling degrees of cold place and each operation room of patients，and the comfort degree of same surgeon in each operation room between the two groups were compared.Result：There were no statistically significant differences in the cold feeling degrees at arriving operation room between the two groups（P0.05），and 30 min after surgery，the cold feeling degrees of the experimental group at the same temperature degree in the operation room were significantly lower than the control group，and the cold feeling degrees of the experimental group at shoulder，chest or back were significantly lower than the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Surgery cloak type of thermal clothes can ke
