运用PDCA提高输血记录合格率 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨运用PDCA提高输血记录合格率作用。方法：选取本院2011年10月-2012年10月1585例输血记录，其中634例输血记录不合格，分析不合格原因及其解决方法，并选取2013年10月-2014年10月实施PDCA的1585例输血记录，观察其合格率。结果：未实施PDCA输血记录合格率为60.0%，输血记录不合格的主要原因为输血记录不完善、多次输血合并记录、记录早于输注时间、无疗效评价或评价不准确、与护理记录不符。实施PDCA后，输血记录合格率明显提高达到90.0%。结论：PDCA可使输血记录合格率明显提高，增强医院管理质量。 中国论文网 /6/view-7255087.htm 　　【关键词】 PDCA； 输血记录； 合格 　　The Use of PDCA to Improve the Qualification Rate of Blood Transfusion Records/LIN Yan.//Medical Innovation of China，2015，12（34）：129-130 　　【Abstract】 Objective： To investigate the use of PDCA to improve the qualified rate of the role of blood transfusion records. Method： 1585 cases with blood transfusion records in our hospital were selected from 2011 October to 2012 October， including 634 cases with blood transfusion records of unqualified， the unqualified reason was analyzed and resolved. 1585 cases with blood transfusion records from 2013 October to 2014 October were implemented by PDCA， to observe qualified rate. Result： Percent of pass of non-implement PDCA transfusion record was 60.0%， the main reason for substandard blood transfusion records record was not perfect， with repeated transfusion records， as early as the time of infusion， no evaluation or evaluation was not accurate， and nursed records. After the implementation of PDCA， the rate of blood transfusion record significantly increased to 90.0%.
