[Key words] Postoperative analgesia 、Dezocine 、Epidural analgesia 、Dose-effect relationship. 地佐辛是一种新的混合受体型阿片受体激动剂，主要具有k-受体激动作用和u-受体拮抗作用。研究证明k-受体与内脏痛具有一定的相关性，而手术后痛主要是来自切口痛和内脏痛，因此地佐辛结合罗哌卡因的复合液用于硬膜外术后镇痛，希望具有有效镇痛效果。地佐辛应用于临床实践时间较短，目前仍未查阅到较为权威的硬膜外应用的剂量数据，为了研究地佐辛硬膜外镇痛的量效关系，本研究选择了分别加入2.5mg、5mg、7.5mg地佐辛的0.224%的罗哌卡因局麻复合液用于硬膜外术后镇痛，以观察其术后镇痛的效果和量效关系，并期待获得最佳的地佐辛临床镇痛剂量。 资料与方法 一般资料 选择剖宫产手术患者88例，体重58-102kg，平均体重78.2kg；年龄18-38岁，平均年龄25.3岁；所有患者一般情况好，ASA分级Ⅰ-Ⅱ级，全部患者术前皆无硬膜外麻醉之禁忌症。随机将88例产妇分成四组，每组22例，分别是：A组：地佐辛2.5mg+0.224%的罗哌卡因200ml；B组：地佐辛5mg+0.224%的罗哌卡因200ml；C组：地佐辛7.5mg+0.224%的罗哌卡因200ml；D组：0.224%的罗哌卡因200ml。分别有四组麻醉医生分担四
