The phenomenon of Du Lala is popular in workplaces of the white-collars, which has become a new noticeable social trend and arouses interest in academic field. Du Lala is the leading character of the novel GO Lala GO. Du Lala phenomenon refers to the one in which people of high education but no special background try their best to show one’s talent actively in a normal way and to guide one’s own behavior with game strategy in job markets, and finally achieve success in their careers.
