福州发展“智慧养老”服务模式研究 【摘要】自2000年开始，我国开始进入了人口老龄化社会。而随着国家经济和科技的快速发展，生活水平、医疗技术的显著提高以及生育观念的改变，全国人口老龄化的趋势更加严峻。但是在现有的养老服务模式下，社会上提供的养老服务，不管是数量还是质量上都难以满足日益增长养老服务需求，所以改善现有养老服务模式将是我国社会保障工作的重要课题。2010年11月，IBM提出了“智慧的城市”这一个新的概念，运用物联网、云计算等新一代信息技术手段构建一个完善的、智慧的城市系统，从而对城市中的各种城市活动提供更加智能和人性化的服务，为市民创造更美好的城市生活。在这理念的启示下，将新一代信息技术和现有养老服务模式结合产生的““智慧养老””，是应对严峻的养老问题的一道良方。 本文在福州市人口老龄化和建设“智慧城市”的背景下，对福州发展“智慧养老”服务模式进行研究，分析总结福州目前“智慧养老”的发展现状；然后根据国内城市的“智慧养老”的实践总结经验，最后提出推进福州“智慧养老”服务模式发展的可行性建议。 【关键词】人口老龄化； “智慧养老”； 服务模式； 可行性建议 Fuzhou development wisdom endowment service model research Abstract Since 2000, China began to enter into the population aging society. And with the rapid development of national economy, science and technology, significantly improve living standards and medical technology as well as the attitudes change, the trend of the aging of the population is more serious. But under the existing pension service model, social endowment service, supplied in both quantity and quality is difficult to meet the increasing pension service demand, so to improve the existing pension service model will be the important task of our countrys social security work. In November 2010, IBM put forward the idea of wisdom city, the use of the Internet of things, cloud computing, etc. A new generation of information technology to build a perfect system, the wisdom of city, to the livelihood of the people in cities, environmental protection, public security, public services, industrial and commercial activities provide more intelligent and personalized service, to create a better city life for citizens. In this concept, under the enlightenment of the new generation of information technology and the existing pension service model combined with the creation of wisdom endowment, there is no doubt that in order to solve the growing pension problem provides a new way of thinking.
