摘 要 青岛市和日照市位于山东半岛东端，三面环海，东与朝鲜半岛，日本列岛隔海相望，北与辽东半岛相对，海岸线长达近千公里，北临京津冀都市区，区位条件优越，具有强大的吸引外资能力，青岛市和日照市如果能充分发挥其吸引外资的能力， Comparison Analysis on the Foreign Direct Investment between Rizhao City and Tsingtao City Abstract:Tsingtao City and Rizhao City are located at the east of Shandong Peninsula, and surrounded by sea on three sides. Tsingtao City and Rizhao City are also to the east of the Korean Peninsula and the Japanese archipelago and to the north of the Liaodong Peninsula which have a coastline of thousand kilometers. To the north of Beijing and Tianjin metropolitan area, Tsingtao City and Rizhao City have an advantageous location which gives these two cities a strong ability to attract foreign investment. If they can make full use of their ability to attract foreign investment, they will play a major role in promoting international trade and economic development. Taking the core city of Shandong Peninsula, Qingdao and Rizhao City as an example and based on basic economic conditions of Tsingtao City and Rizhao City, this article studies the overview of Foreign Direct Investment then compares the scale and quality of actual utilization of foreign investment, as well as industrial distribution of FDI and the pattern of foreign direct investment. By comparing Tsingtao City and Rizhao City, we can drew a conclusion that Rizhao City’s Foreign Direct Investment have a small scale and uneven industries distribution , focus too much on the second industry and have a low quality in Foreign Direct Investment , and then studies the reason of these problems in Rizhao City’s Foreign Direct Investment. Rizhao City should learn from Tsingtao City in fostering and introducing high-tech talent, professional talent, strengthening the protection of intellectual property rights and improving soft environment of the investment.
