英文摘要 A 公司生产体系的执行力建构与提升研究 Research on Construction and Improvement of Company As Execution for Production System Abstract With the impact of financial crisis to global economics, and the influence of continuous downturn of global economics, many enterprises goes bankrupt under such impact,the enterprises survived after the impact also begin to review its own fault, and seek for new strategy to achieve the purpose of sustainable operation, however, a strategy must be implemented by various organizations, execution is a decisive factor between the goals and results, in short, execution is an ability to implement the goals to practice. The purpose of this study is aim to find the determinant to enhance the firm execution. Drawing from the related literatures two aspects of the effects on execution of the firms can be recognized: structural and process dimensions. The structural dimension includes three elements, namely, organizational cultural, leader and organizational design, which is the determinant to foster execution behavior model of the organization members. The process aspect such as people procedural, strategy procedural and operation procedural are the determinants and also the root of execution discipline. Case study is adopted as the study method, i.e. , to integrate theory with practice in order to find a practicable countermeasure based on current status and major existing problems in Company A’s execution for production system. By integrating the factors affecting the execution,anization, culture,leader,organizational design,employee’s workflow, strategy flow, operation flow, etc. with current situation, the model of three principles and four procedures are constructed and proposed for improvement of Company’s execution of the production system.
