在对企业各种变量与TPM实施效果的关系研究中，本文从环境 因素，组织因素和管理因素的三方面对企业变量作了详细的讨论。 在对相关性分析中，部分采用已有的实证研究结果，并参考其相关 性矩阵模式，一一对TPM的八大支柱施行要点与企业变量关系做理 论分析。由于样本数的缺乏，所作研究用的是理论方法。所以难免 在相关性结论方面有个别偏移的可能性。 关键词：TPM(Tota I Product j ve Ma i nl：enance)·全面生产维护 中小企业 相关-陛问题和对策 ABSTRACT TPM(Total Productive Maintenance)is a typical management tool of which purpose pursuing the maximal of total efficiency in enterprises．It had been implemented in many well—known foreign enterprises and domestic large size enterprises． It is hard to keep cominuing devdoping and build the core advantage for medium and small—sized enterprises，due to their lOW imemal efficiency and unbalance development caused by the structure factors．As a proved management tool in practice。仰M implement should s01ve the problems of medium and small—sized enterprises．The opinions in the article are valu￡lble for the TPM implemem in medium and small- sized enterprises also．And the conclusion about the relativity between emerprise condition and TPM implement key factors is valuable for the different emerprises’TPM planning． It introduces the origin，devdopment，basic concepts，expected benefits and implement points about TPM firstly，then to analyze the characters of medium and small-sized，enterprises in qualitative and quantitative with the result from surveys and information provided．With the result from the positivism research and analysis upon the practical experience，it studies the relativity between the TPM implement points and the quantitative factors of enterprise．Finally it brings forward the possible problems in TPM implement in medium and small—sized enterprises，according to the conclusion in the relativity study． ’TPM includes 8 pillars and the pillar’S performance in the implement is up to the factors of the environmental，organization and management aspects．Based on the survey result，the worse conditions of medium and small．．sized enterprises will bring out many problems．It brings forward the corresponding countermeasures and advices from cu
