上海大学国际工商与管理学院硕：l+论文 跨国公司全球采购及中国对策研究 摘 要 本论文首先在导论中对跨国公司的全球采购背景，以及全球采购的中国背 景进行了分析和阐述，并在主要现状的基础上，对跨国公司全球采购的主要发 展趋势进行了一定的预测。 在对基本概念介绍以后，通过介绍跨国经营理论及供应链管理理论，对于 跨国公司全球采购的动因进行了一定解释。资源禀赋理论说明在各国资源禀赋 不同的条件下，跨国公司全球采购出现了向资源丰富的低生产成本地区转移的 趋势。内部化理论和国际生产折衷理论，则从政治、经济的角度说明了跨国公 司实行跨国经营的比较优势。通过跨国经营理论说明了跨国公司采取全球采购 战略的动机是以最少的投入控制最多的资源：一方面解决目前国内资源供应不 足，另一方面建立战略储备，以保证公司的可持续发展。随后论文从供应链理 论的角度继续论述跨国公司全球采购的原因及所面对的问题，同时从供应链角 度分析了全球采购对牛鞭效应的影响。 那么跨国公司全球采购战略是如何的?是如何进行计划的?是按照什么流 程进行采购的?本论文对上述问题进行了阐述和研究，从而为中国应对全球采 购提供了参考和一定的借鉴。 最后，论文在分析中国现有采购形势的基础上，分别对政府和企业提出了 政策和战略建议。政府方面除了要提供更多的基础设施及服务以外，还要推动 国内标准与国际标准的接轨，鼓励企业生产符合国际标准的产品。最后，政府 应当进一步改革经济体制和贸易政策中不利于企业参与全球化竞争的内容。中 国的企业进入全球采购这一庞大市场，想成为供应商，不仅要实现自身采购模 式的转变，加入国际电子商务系统，还要进一步了解国际采购规则，提高自身 的综合素质。 关键词i全球采购跨国公司供应链管理全球采购流程 中国对镶 上海大学国际工商与管理学院硕t论文 跨国公司全球采购及中国对策研究 ABSTRACT Firstly,this dissertation analyses and describes the background of global sourcing in China and the whole world．And then it forecasts the main trend of global sourcing on the basis of current situation． Secondly,the reason of global sourcing is explained by the Theory of Multinational Business and Supply Chain，after the basic concepts are introduced． The Resource Endowment Theory tells US that the global sourcing will transfer to the area where there is lower cost and richer factor,when different countries have different resource endowment．From the perspective of economy and politics，the Eclectic Theory of International Production and the Internalization Theory of Multinational Business prove the comparative advantage of multinational enterprises engaging in multinational business．And then the dissertation keeps on discussing the reason of multinational sourcing and the problem of it，while analyses the impact of the Bullwhip Effect on the global sourcing． What is the strategy of multinational enterprises on global sourcing?How do they plan?What is the process?This article study on the above questions，which provides the reference for the Chinese enterprises． In the end，this article provides the g
