A Study on Intellectual Capital Accumulation of Enterprises in China (Abstract) Knowledge is the force propelling economic growth．The characteristics of nowadays’economic growth in the world reveals that knowledge can be utilized as capital for economy development．As a new kind of capital，intellectual capital is an important components of enterprise capitals，with obvious strategic position．The competition ability ofenterprises in China is a lower level，because ofthek intellectual capital accumulation starting late，in efficient accumulation,serious drain of intellectual capital and because ofthe low level ofinformationalization and knowledgelization．On basis of Marxist economic theory and taking the theories of intellectual capital in the west as reference and focusing on the study of intellectual capital accumulation of enterprises，this article introduces in brief the relative theories and fundamental principles of intellectual capital accumulation of enterprises；analyzes the conditions of intellectual capital accumulation of enterprises in China and the causes of the failure of accumulation；lists some successful practices in intellectual capital accumulation of transnational company as good example；and finally draw a conclusion that the level of their own intellectual capital accumulation could be raised through enhancing the management of intellectual capital of enterprises．This article，from theoretical analysis to realistic consideration，from present investigation to forethought， investigates and analyzes the theme from many angles and makes the probe of the countermeasure and resolution of the questions as the terminal concem． Key words： enterprises intellectual capital accumulation intellectual capital management 导亨 导 言 人类社会的进步和发展本身就是一部知识积累的历史。20世纪80 年代以来，一些较发达国家和发展中国家的经济保持了比较稳定的发 展势头。经合组织对这一现象十分关注，认为这是以知识为基础的经 济的主要特点。随着社会生产力不断向前发展，知识与经济日益融合， 相互渗透，出现了知识与经济一体化的趋势，即知识经济化、经济知 识化。经济对知识的生产、传播和应用的依赖日益明显，知识或技术 成为经济增长的重要内生要素。其实，早在100多年前，马克思就明 确指出科学是生产力系统中的重要因素。如今，知识成为生
