民营企业企业文化建设的研究——以福建民营企业为例.pdf

茎苎塑墨 Abstract IAbstractl Private economy becomes more and more important for its greater and greater contribution to the growth of national economy．At the same time，private enterprises gain more and more attention．Whether private enterprises are of benefit or of harmfulness is not discussed any longer． People begin to care private enterprises’second development and their short—life phenomenon attracts the most attention．However,more and more research supports the view that enterprise culture has much to do with corporation’S profit and its lasting development．Enterprise culture is part of the core competitive power of corporation．The success of the first 500恤 corporations of the world also shows the importance of enterprise culture． But it is a pity that，the private enterprises in China do not pay much attention to the construction and cultivation of enterprise culture for allkinds of reasons．The research about private enterprise culture is just from one single angle，staying at a low level．In fact，the process of enterprise culture constructing is a complex system．There are lots of aspects concerning to enterprise culture constructing such as creator’S ability，national and traditional culture，macro economyenvironment，social fashion，government’S actand SO on． Out of strong interest in enterprise culture and deep love for private corporations，the author took FuJian’S private corporations as an example for further research．By the way of analyzing previous relevant materials and combining with some data from other’S investigation，this paper tries to provide some pieces of useful advices．And that is all right． Keywords：private enterprise enterprise culture value Il 中文文摘 中文文}两 民营企业的异军突起是十～届三中全会以来中国改革开放的一个惊喜。随着国 家经济体制改革的深入和市场经济的逐渐发展，民营企业在市场经济的大舞台上表 现越来越出色，成为国民经济发展的生力军。民营企业特别是私营企业不论在国民 生产总值增加值上还是增长速度上都独领风骚。民营企业的发展甚至将成为未来中 国经济发展的决胜力量。因为，与国有企业相比，民营企业是更完全意义上的市场 经济微观主体，是市场经济的自然产物。所以，对民营企业发展的关注尤其是对民 营企业持续发展的研究就具有了举足轻重的意义。 本文在肯定企业文化与企业经营业绩和持续发展具有密切关系的前提下，以福 建民营企业群体为例，尝试对民营企业企业文化生存
