I 青海省小微企业融资的思考与对策 摘 要 近年来，小微企业迅速发展，已经成为促进经济发展，实现社会安定和谐的 重要力量。新的中小企业划型标准的出台，完善了我国中小企业的划分类型，第 一次从定量的角度明确阐述了小微企业这个概念，小微企业开始引起更多学者的 研究与关注。随着青海省市场经济的发展，小微企业在国民经济中的地位越来越 重要，发挥的作用也越来越大。据不完全统计，至2011 年末，青海省共有小微企 业13435家，他们主要分布在西宁、海东地区，涉及工业、交通、餐饮等13个行业， 占全省企业总数的93.1%。青海省企业从业人员共581170人，其中小微企业中的从 业人员共283916人，占总数的48.8%。其中，全省县域共有小微企业5465户，创造 增加值占全省县域GDP的60%和企业上缴税收的40%以上，小微企业吸纳就业人数占 全部企业从业人员的60%以上。小型微型企业在扩大就业、改善民生、促进社会和 谐稳定等方面发挥着重要作用。然而，青海省企业经济实力相对较弱，自我积累 能力较差，融资难一直是困扰和制约小微企业发展的重要因素之一。因此，努力 解决小微企业融资难障碍，是当今银行业必须研究的重要课题。 关键词： 青海省；县域；小微企业；融资 万方数据 II Qinghai province Small and micro businesses financing and Countermeasures ABSTRACT In recent years, the rapid development of Small and micro businesses, has become the promotion of economic development, an important force for social stability and harmony.
