山东师范大学硕L学位论立 中文摘要 医学院校的教育教学任务约有50％是在附属和教学医院结合临床实践完 成的，医院承担教学任务的医务人员即为临床教师。临床教师扮演着双重角色， 既是高校教师又是临床医生，既教书育人，又治病救人，其师德修养具有特殊 性。 现阶段由于我国普通高校扩招，医学教育层次增加，师资力量相应增加， 出现了一些问题，个别医学院校片面强调学生的素质教育，而忽视了医学专业 教师的职业道德教育。临床教师在从事临床教学的同时，也从事本专业的医疗 工作，医治患者。由于受市场经济等社会因素和自身因素的负面影响，部分临 床教师存在着不认真履行岗位职责、金钱至上、学术舞弊等不良倾向，不能履 行热爱教育、热爱学生、教书育人和为人师表的师德要求，给社会和医学生造 成一些不良影响。 本文通过对临床教师师德现状进行研究，分析师德存在问题的种种表现 和产生的不良影响，剖析其原因，明确临床教师应具备的师德规范和具体内容， 提出师德建设要遵循“以人为本”的教育理念、贯彻落实“与时俱进、教师主 体实践”的原则并采取切实可行的有效措施，目的在于改善提高临床教师的师 德水平，更好地为临床教育和教学服务。同时也尝试在德育实践中构建临床教 师师德规范及其师德建设和教育的理论体系。研究方法主要采用文献法、访谈 法和调查问卷相结合的办法。 关键词： 临床教师； 师德现状； 师德建设 中图分类号：G41 生查些翌查兰堡!!兰竺堡：!兰； Abstract About 50％of teaclling tasks of medical c011eges are perfonned in me af五1iated a11d teaching hospitaIs by clinica lteachers．A cIinical teachers plays the double role of a c011ege teachers and a doctor—not only inlpaning howledge and educating people but cu血g the sichess to saVe the patients，meir ethics is of伊eat p硎cularity． Nowdays due to the enlarged enrollment of universities，with me corresponding increase in teaching staE v州ous problems occur!Some medical c011eges only emphasize students’quality education and neglect me clinical teachers’professional emics education．Clinical teachers are engaged not only i11 teaching the students but also in clinical work to仃eat the patient．Due to the negatiVe effects of social factors， e．g． marketing economy and individual factors，some clinicaI teachers haVe certain bad indiratoors．They don’t perfo硼meir duties carefullyadVocate morey forst and even have academic irregularities．They can’t comply with the requirement of the teachers’ethics，i．e．10vjng education and snldents，inlpaning knowledge and educating people and behaving as a worthy example，so they b订ng about some negative ef佗cts on society and medical student． In this essay，the current simation of clinical teacher’s professional ethics have been studied and Various manifestation of problems of teachers’ethics as well as their causes and negatiVe ef诧cts haVe been锄aly
