Abstract Adolescents are the constructors of China’S future．To strengthen and ameliorate the adolescent ideology and moral construction iS the urgent mission and important content of socialist ideology and moraI system’S construction．AIi kinds of facts have an far—reaching effect on adolescents’phi]osophy，world view and concept of value，such as the unsound of social ist market economical system，the rapid development of informatiOn and network technology，and the appearance of various SOCial current．Traditional idealogy and moral educational pattern has not adapted to the existence and development of market economy． Given to real ity，thiS article refer the problems in adolescent ideoIogy and moral construction which exist under these challenges： The government iS lack of knowledge about this． The school only pays more attention to intellectual education， Pay 1ess attention to moral education． The patriarch don’t know how to educate the children correctlv． The sacial eireumstances have a negative effect on thiS． The adolescent ideology and moral construction also lake In order to solve these problems，a11 kinds of powers such as school， family，society，etc．need to be mobilized，the concept of education need to be transformed，the social circumstances need to be molded newly，by which we hope we make progress in adolescent idealogy and moral COnStruct ion． Key words：Adolescent Ideology and moral construction Problem Countermeasure 引 言 思想道德建设作为人的目的性实践，是指人们在同客体的相互关系中，自 觉地意识到自己的需要，并根据对客观规律的观念把握，通过自己的活动事先 设定价值目的的过程。因而，思想道德建设的功能，在于为人们的实践活动提 供内在的目的，这是通过人自身的实践产生的，而不是自然提供的。“青少年” 这～概念可以用许多方式界定——嘲}如，青少年是生理发展的一个阶段，一个 年龄发展的区间，或是一种社会学现象。本文中关于青少年的界定参照教育学 的定义。教育学是以一个人接受教育和掌握知识的程度为依据对青少年进行划 分，通常把6一12岁即小学期称为少年期，把12～18岁即中学期称为青年期。因 此，本文所涉及的青少年主要是指6～18岁的特定年龄阶段的人群。青少年思想 道德建设，就是通过各种道德教育和实践，使青少年自觉意识到自己的需要， 并在遵照客观规律的基础上设立自己的价值目标，以达到社会主义道德要求的 过程。 近年来，很多学者对于青少年的思想道德建设问题进行了大量的研究，研 究的方向涉及内容、规律、体系、途径、环境等各个方面，对推动青少年教育 研究的向前发展起了重要的作用。但是，一些研究亦有不足之处，例如：在对 青少年思想道德建设的理解上，往往把建设与教育混为一谈，没有意识到教育 只是建设的一个方面，因而忽视了整个
