The Analysis In College Students’Fidelity Education In The Construction of the State Grant Loan System Major：Marxism theory together with Political ideological education Supervisor：Professor Zhu Zeshan Speciality-Soeialism economy theory together with Praltice Postgraduate：li Sheng(L2001 026) Abstract The construction and implementation of the State Grant Loan System is a beneficial cause that can guarantee people’S right to education，enhance social civilization and thus actualize social equity．This paper is intended to make a relatively systematic analysis of fidelity education in the construction of the state grant loan system from four perspectives as below： Part One is an introduction of the State Grant Loan System．This part deals mainly with the background and the status quo of China’S current grant-in-aid loan system，as well as its principle，its long·term goal and social significance． The second part reveals the relationship between the state grant loan system and college students’sense of fidelity． The third part is the key part of this paper，fully relating the current fidelity situation among college students and illustrating the necessity and importance of cultivating their sense of fidelity． The last part offers the strategies for enhancing college students’sense of fidelity,and put forth the principle and measure for reinforcing the cultivation of their sense of fidelity in practice，which is the core of the paper，and its purpose as well． Key words：state grant loan sense of fidelity education 2 文献综述 一、对国家助学贷款制度和大学生诚信意识培养等问题的研究现状 98年国家正式推行助学贷款以来。研究这方面的论文、专著颇多。众 多专家、学者通过专题研讨会、报刊专栏等形式多样地展开学习、讨论、交 流，取得了丰硕成果；在理论与实践相结合的研究上，也取得了一些成绩。 综观文献资料不难发现，目前该课题的研究主要涉及在以下几方面：(1)如 何建立高校合理的资助体系。如华南农业大学王丽萍刘润芬的《高校学生助 学贷款制度的实施与探讨》姚长柏的《试探我国普通高校贫困学生经济资助 工作之路》，自华《话部高校经济困难学生资助政策研究》等，将助学贷款 与高校资助体系着了比较，并提出了建议。(2)如何完善高校国家助学贷款 实施办法。从技术角度对国家助学贷款进一步实施提出了意见和建议。如： 沈九林的《国家助学贷款难以实施的症结及对策》，中国人民银行货币政策 司司长戴根有《积极探索符含中国国情的助学贷款有效途径》，尹成江《强 化国家助学货款工作的若干思考》等等． 二、对国家助学贷款制度和大学生诚信意识培养的研究存在的问题 上述成果为人们进一步深入
