The Effective Application of Motivation in the
Classroom Management in Middle Schools

[English summary] Motivation has a major influence on the
students’self—confidence,study result,development and so on.The
eurriculum reform emphasizes the students’development in all—round
way.It encourages the teachers to assess with an eye on the course of
the students’deveiopment.It encourages the teachers to use the words
that can motirate the students.At present,motivation is paid much
attention.It is used widelY in the classroom management in middle
schools,But it is not used very effectively.To solve this problem,
I researched on the effective application of motiration in the
classroom management in middle schools.
The questionnaires and the interviews I conducted indicate that
students care about their teachers’ motivation in classrooms.
Teachers’ motivation in classrooms has a great influence on their
students,such as the state of mind,study result,self-confidence and
so on.But there are some problems in the application of motivation.
On one hand,both teachers and students think that the most effective
motivation is praise,encouragement and award,but some teachers don’t
use them widely,some students are ignored:on the other hand,some
teachers use them SO often that they lose their meaning.
Thi S research analyzes the main factors that affect the
effectiveness of motivation application in classroom management in
middles:the lack of motivation.the lack of understanding of the
students,the lack of motivation strategies,。etc。
After studying the related theories of motivation and consulting
documents,this research puts forward some solutions,such as:studying
and using the theories of motivation:determining what the students are
thinking about:making clear about the characteristics,the essence·
and the goal of classrooms in the new curriculum reform;commanding the
principles,the modes,the
