Abstract The three—agriculture problem has been one of the points of our economic system reform and development and the farmers’income growth is the key of the three-agriculture problem． The farmers’income growth has the important economic and political meaning to the old industry base of northeast．Howeveg compared either in the domestic，in the international area,the growths of the farmers’income of the northeast region all tends to be slower,which have been the main factor that hamper the reform and economy development of the old industry base of that how to improve the problem northeast region．It has been the problem to be solved immediately．The problem of the farmers’ income growth of northeast region both has the widespread total of the national farmers’ income growth problem，also has the special characteristics that is different from that of other regions for be affected by the special factor of region economics and objective environments．Therefore，in order to resolve the growth of farmers’income of northeast region we should look for the apocalypse from the widespread regulation that increases the national and domestic farmers income，what’s more，we should make out paths and polices which are fit to improve the farmers income right rapidly on the basis of the special advantage and environments． The article uses the method of theatrical research and evidence analysis．The first make a theatrical research and international comparison on the farmers’income growth． The second part make a deep analysis on the present condition of the farmers’income growth of northeast area，through the comparison of different caliber,and the composition of the farmers’income which is helpful to understand the path how to improve the farmers’income growth．The third research deeply the advantage and supervision factor of the Northeast farmers’income growth．Both the advantages and the disadvantages are not only the regional characteristics of the problem，but also the key and foundation t
