青海洁神集团多角化经营战略研究
摘 要
在日趋激烈的竞争环境下,可持续发展是企业追逐的最终目的,为了实现这
个目标,企业开展了自身长期发展战略的规划、运用和管理。多角化经营战略就
是企业所面对的成长战略之一,它是企业发展到一定规模追求范围经济时的一种
战略选择。多角化经营战略不仅仅是一种目标或计划,实施多角化经营的企业必
须选择多角化进入的行业,多角化进入的程度,多角化业务与原有业务在企业资
源或能力利用上的相关性。本文从多角化经营的一般理论入手,通过考察洁神集
团的成长过程,对多角化经营战略这种成长模式在企业集团中的实际运用效果及
运用前景做出了深入地分析。最终确定企业集团实施该战略时除了需要具备必要
的条件、能力外,还要依靠适宜的环境和科学的方法。多角化经营战略,作为战
略本身无可非议,但是使用不当,企业将自食其果,甚至走向无法收拾的颠覆之
路。因此,根据该战略实施过程中可能出现的问题和偏差,本文尝试提出相机解
决的办法和对策,以便为企业的战略决策者进行决策提供参考。

ABSTRACT
Nowadays, under the fierce competitive conditions the prolonged development
becomes the very goal of the corporations .To attain this goal, the corporations carry
out the long term program, application and management about self-developed strategy.
Diversification is one of the developing strategies faced to the corporations, and
furthermore it is the strategic choice for the corporations to develop into a wide scale.
Diversification is not merely a goal or a plan, the diversificated corporation must
choose the relative trade t enter diversification, the entering degree, the relativity of
the use of corporation resource or ability between the diversificated business and the
undiversificated business. To begin with the common theory of diversification, this
article makes deep analysis of the effects and the prospects on the the practical use of
the developing models of the diversification by investigating the developing progress
of the relative corporation blocks. It is necessary to prossess the essential prerequisite,
ability, suitable environment and scientific techniques as well. Being a strategy,
diversification is above criticism, but the corporation will eat its won bitter fruit, even
lead to self-damage if the diversification is used improperly. According to the possible
problems and deviations which could appear in the course of the diversificationize,
this article attempts to put forward the reactive solutions to provide the references
