The professional ethics should begin by safeguarding the interests of the nation,the teaching professional group and ethical order.Its characteristics are as following:closer relationship、】lritll the ethical development of educational objects,easier to bring striking effect in ethical education,more perfect system to supervise their ethical behaviors that is required tO sarisfy the“disciplinary’needs,more greatly influenced by the surrounding.To strengthen the professional ethical construction ofsecondary school teachers will be ofgreat significance tO the development of the national economy,the improvemem of social ethical conduct as well as the stabilization of the society.In addition to these,it will help secondary school teachers to accept the views of modem education and embody the policy of competem education.
