青海机场公司二次创业对策的研究.pdf

III 万方数据 I 摘要 青海机场有限公司前身民航青海省管理局于 1956 年建 站，1993 年西宁曹家堡机场建成通航，2003 年改制为青海 民用机场有限责任公司，运营 40 多年受多方面因素影响始 终处于亏损状态。2006年与陕西机场集团公司联合重组，成 立西部机场集团青海有限公司，成功把握航空市场繁荣的契 机，经营业绩大幅提升，连续 5年来旅客吞吐量年均增长量 超过 25％，增长率居全国民航前列。但是，机场运营当中非 航空收入依然不高，机场运营依旧亏损。 本论文主要对机场行业背景和青海机场公司的现状分 析，揭示出青海机场公司在经营管理中阻碍机场发展的根本 问题。通过对机场运营环境、市场环境、战略要素的分析， 以及国际、国内机场的先进管理经验的分析总结，研究探索 符合青海机场实际特点的运营管理和业务发展模式。同时提 出按照这一研究结果总结出的措施体系，使理论研究成果与 实践操作紧密结合。 本文采用理论研究与实例分析相结合的方法分析成因， 运用定性和系统分析法、结合战略管理、营销管理的工具和 方法，借鉴其他国际、国内经验的方法，来探讨解决青海机 场发展瓶颈问题，研究确立新的业务发展模式。本文的创新 之处在于，所提出的问题是多数机场存在的共性问题，而新 万方数据 II 业务模式建立、实施措施等解决实际问题的研究结果，是建 立在个性化机场所处的外部经营环境和对接市场需求的基 础之上的。即对青海机场转型和新模式确立具有直接作用， 也对其他类似机场的业务模式改造具有重要借鉴作用。 【关键词】：机场转型；业务模式；实施策略 万方数据 III ABSTRACT Qinghai Province, Qinghai Airport Co. predecessor, the Civil Aviation Authority in 1956 a station, 1993 Caojiapu Xining Airport put into service in 2003 for the restructuring of the civil airport in Qinghai limited liability company, operating over 40 years affected by many factors, always at a loss. 2006 Airport Group jointly with Shaanxi reorganization, the establishment of Qinghai, China West Airport Group Co., Ltd., prosperity and success of the aviation market to grasp the opportunity of operating performance significantly improved for 5 years, average annual growth of passenger throughput of more than 25% growth rate in the nation Civil Aviation forefront.
