However,how to conduct the outsourcing based on the specific situation,and how to optimize the interests of alI parties.including vendor,CUstomer and enterprises?It iS worthy of our thinking. Based on current YORK China compressor business process and outsourcing situation,this article is trying to explain how to identify the critical businesss process,components localization and supply chain management, etc.,and is proposing the way of optimizing the interests of whole supply chain.
