2 摘要 晋城市上党梆子剧团是山西地方戏曲上党梆子剧种中艺术水平最高、行当 最为齐全、历史最为悠久的演出团体。研究晋城市上党梆子剧团在市场的生存 状况，分析其内在因素，有助于总结其发展过程中积累的宝贵经验，有助于发 现面临市场所突现的问题，以全国剧院团体制改革为契机，把握机遇迎接挑 战，寻找解决对策。晋城市上党梆子剧团的市场生存状况，从另一侧面也能反 映出上党梆子这一剧种面临的艰难的生存环境，反映出国有事业体制演出团体 的共性问题。 国内对于国有事业体制剧团改革的研究在宏观政策、行政管理、先进地区 经验总结方面有了大量的成果。笔者在阅读一部分有关国有院团改革的文献基 础上，前往实地调研得来数据并分析出结论。对晋城市上党梆子剧团的相关市 场进行深入分析，尤其是结合剧种本身特点和当地实际情况，将其近年来发展 所获得的发展经验进行总结，剖析其存在问题，并在最后借鉴先进地区的做法 提出了一些设想。笔者认为必须借助剧院团体制改革的契机，直面现有问题， 大胆创新借鉴先进地区先进行业的经验，从管理思维进行转变，进一步拓宽潜 在市场，才能在挑战中抓住机遇。 本文在分析其市场生存现状中，运用了管理学中的一些思维方法；在存在 问题的分析中，与多数现有研究成果不同，更加关注剧团内部的微观管理问 题；在最后的对策提出中，也较为大胆进行跨界思维，试图寻找可行的思路。 以上也是本文希望有所创新的地方。 关键词：晋城市上党梆子剧团 市场生存 市场分析 对策研究 万方数据 3 Abstract Jincheng Shangdang Clapper Opera Troupe is the highest artistic level, the role of the most complete and oldest of the performing groups, in Shangdang Clapper, local operas in Shanxi. Study the living conditions in the market, aimed at the development process of a total experience, and found that the problems highlighted in the national theater group reform opportunity, to meet market challenges.
