ABSTRACT
As the hi曲speed development of the society,the large volume of
information，the fast rate of the life and the increasing study pressure，the
young students have more and more psychological problems．Recently,
the cases about young students leaving home and committing suicide are
frequently reported．The psychological health of the young students is
quite a problem．Chinese teachers should use psychological health
education in his everyday teaching to improve the young students’
psychological health and foster hi曲quality talents，It’S very important to
improve the education quality and enhance the dtizens’competence of
OUr country．The thesis states the specialty of carrying out psychological
health education and discusses how tO realize efficiently psychological
health education．
The thesis consists of six parts．
The first part is introduction，which introduces the young students’
psychological problem and the urgency of using psychological health
education．
The second part states the special role of psychological health
education in Chinese teaching．It includes the theoretical and practical
significance．And provides the idea of psychological health education in
Chinese traditional culture．
The third part analyzes the specialty of the Chinese teacher carrying
out psychological health education．The specialty includes 4 aspects：
Special role of Chinese teaching；Wide range of teaching；The directivity
of the teaching methods；The penetrability of the teaching methods．
The fourth part discusses the methods to carry out the psychological
health eduction by the Chinese teachers．It is composed of four aspects：
To underStand the student is the prerequisite；The main method is

teaching in class；The extracurricular activity is a plus；The love is the
prime mover-
The fifth part pays attention to the professional quality and
psychological quality of the Chinese teacher．And the existing problem
of the Chinese teacher iS discUSsed．Then some countermeasures are
provided．
