Abstract Nowadays,the minors’ideology and morality is positive,and the construction of the education in this area iS progressive in the general direction.However,for consideration of OUr country’S prospects,there still exists many problems not to be ignored.For a long period,more and more doubts and blames have appeared due to the lack甜recognition on the school education in ideology and morality as well as the deficiency of the family and SOcial education.0n this occasion,the constant building and developing in the construction of the project has been put forward.The paper focuses on the consideration of the problems which OCCUr in血e process of the education in the minor’S ideology and morality,and it provides some methods on how lo strengthen and improve the project..It alSO offers effectire examples for it. The PaDer is comprised of three chapters.Chapter one analyzes the present situation of the minor’S ideology and morality and discusses the existing problems as well as the obstade factors.Chapter two iS a general introduction of the minor’S ideology and morality,including Germany,France and Britain.The differences and commons are analyzed by way of the comparison between the school education in the mine-r’s ideology and morality in China and that in the U.S.Ideas are giveil according to the advanced experience from the foreign countries.In the third and last chapter,it makes rational reflection on the approaches in the millor’S ideology and morality.With the connection of the working experience,the author makes practical search in the construction of the minor’S ideology and morality. Key Words:the constmctm of ideology andma嘶minor problems consideration 新时期来成年^臣想道德建设过程中存在问题及对策思考 引 言 青少年是祖国的未来,是新世纪的主人。我国社会主义市场经济的进一步 发展,都迫切要求我们重视对跨世纪青少年一代的思想道德教育,并力争在方 法创新上求得新突破。党的十四届六中全会《关于加强社会主义精神文明建设 若干重要阔题的决议》指出:“加强青少年思想道德教育,是关系到国家命运 的大事。 如果说,长期以来的未成年人的思想道德建设未能真正发挥实效,是有失 客观的话,那么,思想道德教育在中小学教育活动中被冷落,则是不争的事实。 据调查显示,在中学所有课程中,“思想政治课”被列为“中学生最不喜欢课 程”和“最不联系实际的课程”。思想道德教育本应是最离不开现实生活实际
