Reason AnalysisCounter-Policy Research Oil the Difficulties ofVocational College Students Employment Zhao Yun-hua (Industrial Engineering) Directed by Associate Professor Si Jiang-wei Abstract As the vocational college graduates are the important constituents of our country’S human resources，their reasonable，timely and sufficient employment has great significance on the social stability and economic construction．Compared with the academic university and junior college graduates，the vocational college students have their OWll advantage in following the demands of the society with higher operating ability． However’with the rapid development of our national economy，the society presents a scene of‘‘difficulty in employment’for vocational college students under a situation of rapid development of our national economy and higher demand for talents oftechnology． We find that，after analysis of the status quo of the vocational college student employment，the first employment rate is fairly low with the quick increase of vocational graduates and tardy growth ofjobs，and therefore， some graduates choose an expediency of‘find a job first and look for a beuer one later’． Colleges and universities graduates discover that,The vocational college graduates’quantity grows sharply,the employment post grows slowly,the primary employment rate universally low,many vocational college graduates chose”have first goRen employed，latter chose profession”expedient employmem way．Moreover,employment time advanced and employment cost increased are remarkable characteristics that the current vocational colleges graduates confront，the hard employment ofvocational colleges graduates ale becoming very obvious． The reason of creating the present high duty colleges and universities graduate to get employed the difficult question reason is various，through adjusts the questioning volume and defers to from the external factor carries on the analysis to the internal cause order by the level．I think it mainly
