但土地资源可持续利用评价是一项复杂的系统工程，本次研究仅对相关 内容作了初步的探讨，还有很多尚待解决的问题。笔者将在以后的工作和学 习中，对土地资源可持续利用评价作进一步研究和探索，继续丰富和完善评 价的相关理论与方法，争取获得更具价值的研究成果。 关键词：土地资源可持续利用评价指标体系泸州市 An Appraisal of Sustainable Utilization of Land Resource ．．Taken Luzhou city in Sichuan province as an example Major：Environmental Science Postgraduat：Yang yah Supervisor：7_mou jieming Land resource is the most important material foundation for the existence and the development of human society．And it is the main source of creating other human wealth and welfare．With the proposal of Sustainable Development Theory, sustainable utilization of land resource has already become key contents and essential basis of human society’S sustainable development．Accordingly,the research on this field has gmwn to a topic in Land Science and related disciplines throughout the world． This paper concludes and generalizes the basis conception about sustainable utilization of land resource，and reviews the domestic and ovfrseas progress in the study．On the basis of some key theories，such as Rare Theory,Coordination Theory,Sustainable Development Theory and Ecolomics Theory,this paper establishes the appraisal index system and contents．And in this paper,Luzhou city in Sichuan province is taken as an example．Frisfly,in rezard to resource， environment，economy and society,this paper chooses thirty appraisal indexes and establishes the appraisal index system of Luzhoa city．Secondly,the appraisal is made according tO the level，the ability，the coordinate degree and the comprehensive degree of sustainable utlizafion of land resource in Luzhou city from 1995 to 2003．Thirdly,with the help of SPSS software，the comprehensive degree of sustainable utilization of land∞sour∞is predicted．At last．according to the result of appraising and predicting,this paper mainly discusses the problem such as irrational use and low land benefit and so on，and proposes some strategies． To some extent，this paper has the innovated meaning and the practical value， while reflect
