An Analysis on Current State of Secondary Vocational School
Students’ Class Problem Behaviors and Coping Strategies
Abstract
Taking the students from Lianyungang Secondary Vocational School as its major
study object, the paper, based on an analysis on the current state of the students’ class
problem behaviors, makes a generalization of the types and the characteristics of their
behaviors and probes into the causers, which involve students themselves, the school side
and the family and the social sides. Then it proceeds to offer some preventions and coping
strategies against their problem behaviors. With the research methods of literature review,
questionnaire, case study and observation, the paper is intended to attract the attention
from the educational authorities concerned, school sides, teachers, parents and society,in
the hope of offering reference for and assistance in improving students’ quality ,
facilitating their future sustainable development , enhancing teachers’ teaching capability
and the overall educational quality of such schools, providing a better understanding of the
students’ class problem behaviors for school leadership of all levels so as to establish
operable rules and regulations. Meanwhile, it also helps to offer reference for secondary
vocational schools of all ranks to find better approaches to raising classroom teaching
quality.

引 言
课堂不仅是教师教学、学生学习的物理空间,而且是一个特殊的社会舞台,其中
蕴含着复杂多变的结构、情境与互动,是一个充满生机与活力系统整体,远比物理空
间具有更加鲜活的生命取向。
然而,近几年,由于普高扩招及生源的减少,最后到我们中等职业学校来的学生
的中考大成绩大多在二三百分左右,他们不仅文化成绩差,行为习惯也很差,在初
中基本上是被老师边缘化的学生。因此,中职生的课堂问题行为逐年增加,越来越
多样化,越来越难以管理。另外,中等职业学校教师中,专业课教师及外聘的教师
比较多,在教育学、心理学方面的知识相对比较薄弱,平时又忙于专业理论知识的
传授及动手技能的实训,没有时间学习教育理论,也无暇顾及学生的心理和情感需
求。面对出现的课堂问题行为,他们往往束手无策,从而导致更多更严重的课堂问
题行为,使正常的教学活动难以进行,造成师生关系紧张。为了引起教育主管部门、
