Abstract With the unceasingly progress of society and the comprehensive carrying out of free compulsory education stage system，the youth of compulsory education stage in countryside dose not get up for on study worries．However,the education problem in countryside during high school stage becomes more and more obvious． According to author’S spot visit to 3 high school of pingshan country,the author has made an investigation of present education situation and prominent question of countryside ordinary hi曲school stage thoroughly and in details．It mainly revolves two aspects：the outflows of teacher and student in the countryside ordinary high sch001．The research discovered that at present the phenomenon of countryside teacher’S outflow and the countryside ordinary hi曲school student’S drainbecomes serious． As to the basic reason of teacher and the student’S drain in countryside ordinary high school，the present paper educates the city and countryside disparity from our country to be big this，Our country education policy which takes the city as the center directly makes the rural education resources serious insufficiency,it is unreasonable and also makes the disparity between city education and countryside education becomes bigger and bigger．Because of the unfair treatment and low social position,teachers Can not get the proper respect,this situation leads to the massive drain of countryside teachers．What is worse，teachers outflow directly led student’S outflow,the countryside ordinary high—school student SOUrCe quality dropped suddenly,the school maintained with difficulty． In view of the fact that present countryside ordinary high school’S situation，in order to solve the education prominent problem in the high school stage in countryside，the author has consulted the related educational policy and the education research resources，has referred to the concerned experts’research results．Proposed in investigation and studys foundation，the paper put forwards that：must solve th
