内蒙古肉羊产业成本收益的分析.pdf

摘 要 在我国，肉羊产业是草原畜牧业的重要组成要素，和其他产业相比，它具有投 资少、见效快及适宜面广等特点。内蒙古自治区是我国重要的畜牧业生产基地，肉 羊业是其草原畜牧业的优势产业，是广大牧民赖以生存和发展的物质基础。目前， 发展肉羊业的目的已不是单纯的自给自足，而是以最小的成本获得最大的经济收 益，以此来增加农牧民收入。通过对内蒙古肉羊产业成本收益进行分析得出：2001 年-2010 年，内蒙古肉羊产业平均成本由原来的 81.64 元/只提高到 142.7 元/只，收 益却从 160.66 元/只降至 97.48 元/只。因此，找出影响内蒙古肉羊产业成本收益变 动的因素及提高内蒙古肉羊产业经济收益的有效途径，对内蒙古肉羊产业的发展具 有非常重要的经济意义和现实意义。 为了找出影响内蒙古肉羊产业收益的因素，本文根据成本收益理论，运用多元 回归方法，对内蒙古肉羊产业进行总体分析，在分析过程中我们发现：饲养时间为 4 月-6 月的改良绵羊其成本收益率最高，为 35.5%。通过对模型逐渐加入要素，最 后确定影响内蒙古肉羊产业成本收益因素为：饲草料成本、人工成本（劳务费用）、 医疗防疫成本、和肉羊销售价格。通过模型分析，得出各要素对内蒙古肉羊产业收 益的影响程度。进而提出加大牧区基础设施投入、建立健全销售体系、加强肉羊管 理、控制肉羊生产成本等对策建议。 关键词：肉羊产业；成本收益；多元回归 Analysis on the Fat-lamb Cost-benefit in Inner Mongolia Abstract The fat-lamb industry is an important part of the animal husbandry on the grasslands .It is the less investment, quick effect and suitable for wide industry.Inner Mongolia autonomous region is an important production base of China animal husbandry, and The fat-lamb industry is the advantage of the grassland livestock industry ,as well as the material foundation with which the people in here for existence and development.At present, the purpose of the development of fat-lamb sheep industry has not pure self-sufficiency,but get minimum costs to obtain the biggest economic benefits, in order to increase the grazier incomes.Through to the Inner Mongolia the fat-lamb industry cost benefit analysis,we can concluded that:In 2001-2010, Inner Mongolia fat-lamb sheep industry average costs from one sheep 81.64 yuan increase to 142.7 yuan, but earnings from 160.66 yuan drop to 97.48 yuan.So it is important for the Inner Mongolia fat-lamb industry to study of Inner Mongolia mutton sheep industry benefits change factor scientifically, and find the effective way of breeding mutton sheep.
